Wilhelmina is sitting out in the garden, swishing her toes in a small pond, her small shoes on the path beside her. She's not quite smiling, but something about her is brighter than usual, less distantly melancholy and more young, more her age. She splashes a little water accidentally and makes a small 'eep!' of surprise, throwing up a hand to cover her face.

She's a lovely young woman, dress pulled up over her knees so it doesn't get wet and the sleeves pulled up over her shoulders to bare her arms in the warm summer heat, even if her skin is pale, as though she spends slightly too much time inside.

We're not exactly sure why Wilhelmina's unhappy, but unhappy she is, sitting on the front porch and just pushing back and forth with her toes, sitting in a little bubble of warmth that would usually make her happy but doesn't today. At any rate, while she's not exactly glad to meet new people - rather shy thing - she doesn't mind either. And would actually rather enjoy it, kind of - she's met a few friends, here, and maybe one's friends don't have to be scary Blood witches with far too much of a backbone to be comfortable with.

Wilhelmina is in a startlingly good mood, sitting outside, back to her usual age, and throwing stones into the pond absently, watching the ripples spread and smiling a little, her simple, pale blue dress fanned out around her legs, folded up beneath her, so she seems ready for flight at any moment. But there's a light in her eyes that isn't often there, and she's smiling. And that's good enough for Wilhelmina.

She's wondering if what she thinks happened was just...a very elaborate dream.

Wilhelmina has slowly moved to the room adjacent to Jaenelle's and is now sitting on the bed, swinging her feet and still looking antsy, though not nearly as nervous as she did. She's rather stunned by the fact that Lucivar Yaslana is here - though fortunately she hasn't seen him - not to mention the High Lord of Hell, who gave her tea and that every other witch she's met here is at least a Queen and often a Black Widow to boot. At least everyone seems nice, even if they do know her and she doesn't know them, and Jaenelle is here...that, she is grateful for. And Daemon.

Now, however, she's a bit bored and a bit lonely. Jaenelle always seems to be busy, and she just doesn't know anyone here! But too frightened to venture out, she just stays in her room with the door open, maybe hoping just a little that someone will come and say hello.

Wilhelmina is very near to tears by the time she stumbles out of the woods near noon, scratched, bruised, and muddy from her frantic run through the woods, limping a bit. It took her all of the morning to find her way out of the deep woods where she was led. Weary and hungry and more than a little confused and therefore frightened, she flops down in the grass in utter relief, staring at the Mansion with more relief than she's ever felt upon seeing a strange place.

Talking to someone would be lovely. Especially someone who can make her feel less bewildered.
